An Honest Word About Revenue Share
Revenue share is a genuine bonus, not a promise. Nobody can guarantee you a specific income, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. To claim revenue share you need to be in active producing status, and it rewards agents who actively bring other producing agents to the company. If that's not how you like to work, that's completely fine, and the 85/15 split and stock awards still stand on their own.
When it does fit, it compounds: every producing agent you bring in adds a small stream that keeps paying while you sell, and it is paid from the company side, never out of anyone's commission. Treat it as what it is, a great bonus on top of a strong split, and you will never be disappointed by it.

Stock Awards Program
Earn actual stock in a publicly traded company based on your production milestones. All awards have a 3-year vesting schedule. A qualified transaction requires a minimum $2,000 CAD GCI.
