Revenue share is REAL's way of rewarding agent attraction. When you bring another producing agent to the company, REAL wants to reward you a little bit every time they make a transaction. When you help the company grow, they help your bank account grow too. You earn a percentage of the company's revenue from that agent's production, and from the agents they bring in, down 5 levels deep. The rate depends on your total network size: 5% Tier 1 for 1 to 4 agents, scaling as your network grows. Importantly, revenue share is paid from the company's side and does NOT come from the agent's commission. You do have to be in an active producing status to claim it.

Yes. REAL is publicly traded on NASDAQ (REAX) and awards stock to agents based on production milestones. You get stock awards when you cap, when someone joins you at REAL, and when they do their first deal, plus other production milestones. Capping Awards (effective April 1, 2025): earn 150 shares for a $15K cap, 75 shares for $7.5K, or 50 shares for $5K. Attracting Awards: earn 75, 35, or 25 shares based on cap level. All awards have a 3-year vesting schedule. A qualified transaction requires a minimum $2,000 CAD GCI.

Elite Status is a production milestone at REAL that opens up additional benefits. When you achieve Elite, your post-cap transaction fee drops to just $175 (or $125 for team members). You also qualify for the Elite Performance Award — $16,000 in stock when you cap plus pay $9,000 in post-cap fees, or generate $500K GCI with 10 transactions at $150K+ each.

Yes. REAL is a virtual-first brokerage. You can work from anywhere — home, coffee shop, another country. But virtual doesn't mean isolated: REAL has active online communities, regular virtual and in-person events, mentorship programs, and a supportive agent network.
